  Czech glass fire polished faceted beads are a popular type of glass beads which were first made 5 centuries ago with the aim of approximating the appearance of cut gemstones while maintaining the option of stringing the beads.   Luster coating - chemically, lusters are metal soaps of esters of resin acids. They are applied to glass beads by smearing or spraying, where they create very diverse color shades after firing. The layers of the lusters are transparent, so they do not suppress the glassy character of the glass beads. Layers of lusters also increase the resistance of the surface of the semi-finished products and also increase the gloss. Cleaned glass beads are pre-heated to 100°C and placed in a polishing container with a batch of luster solution, where lubrication with a luster is carried out. After removing from the lustering container, the glass beads are fired in the firing furnace.

  Граненые круглые бусины производятся с 17 века в регионе Яблонец Чешской республики по высоким стандартам качества, многовековым традиционным технологиям и экологичности, соответствуют строгим стандартам ЕС. Они изготавливаются из прессованного стекла, которое механически шлифуется и полируется на специальных машинах, а затем помещается в печь. Там оно слегка плавится, поверхность сглаживается, и бусины приобретают вид блестящих сверкающих огранённых драгоценных камней.

  Глянцевое покрытие - по химическому составу, представляет собой металлические мыла эфиров смоляных кислот. Их наносят на стеклянные бусины мазком или напылением, после обжига они создают очень разнообразные цветовые оттенки. Слои глянца прозрачны, поэтому они не подавляют характер стеклянных бусин. Глянец, также повышает стойкость поверхности стеклянных бусин. Очищенные стеклянные бусины предварительно нагревают до 100°С и помещают в полировальную емкость с навеской раствора глянца, где происходит покрытие. После извлечения из контейнера, стеклянные шарики обжигают в печи для закрепления.
